Since joining White Nelson Diehl Evans LLP in 2018, Kim has been an integral member of the team. Her extensive resume attests to the impressive knowledge and skills she brings to her role as WNDE’s Human Resources Director. Prior to joining the firm, Kim served as an Associate Director of HR at Ernst & Young where she was the regional HR leader for their Advisory practice, which consisted of approximately 375 client-serving professionals across 11 offices on the west coast. Additionally, her past experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner for FirstGroup PLC (United Kingdom), as the VP of Human Resources for the Anaheim Ducks and Honda Center, and as the West Region Director of Career Development and Associate Director of Performance Management with PwC Consulting.

Kim is skilled in building strong working relationships at all levels. She has many specialties, including talent management, performance management, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, change management, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and policy development. In her capacity as HR Director, she is responsible for ensuring WNDE’s compliance in internal human resource areas and overseeing the firm’s staff development, recruitment, and retention efforts.

Kim is married and currently resides in Tustin. Her hobbies include tennis, pickleball, hiking and traveling. One of her lifetime goals is to attend all four tennis Grand Slam events – she has one left: the Australian Open in Melbourne.
